Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location within South Africa. Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are FREE ON ALL ORDERS

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's progress.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Skin Well SA is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delays
While we aim to meet the timeframes above, unforeseen circumstances (customs, courier issues, extreme weather) may occasionally cause delays. We'll do our best to keep you informed if this happens.
